Day 0
You submit the contact form.
Form goes to a real human inbox at info@hylen.tech. Auto-reply confirms we received it and tells you the timeline.

Day 1
We read it and reply.
Usually with questions: how many students, how many staff, what currency, which terms model, any data to import from a previous system. We may ask for a short call.

The call is twenty minutes. We use it to size the pilot, not to sell. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
Day 2-3
Pilot scope agreed.
We send a short written scope: pilot length, monthly price, what's in scope, what's out. You sign or counter. Always a paid pilot — never a free trial.

Paid pilots filter out tyre-kickers. They also give us skin in the game with your school. One signed PDF, no procurement maze.
Day 4
Pilot signed.
PDF signed by both parties. We schedule the provisioning slot.

The slot is a specific evening — we tell you which one. Your director knows to expect the welcome email at that time.
Day 5
We provision your school.
We create your school in super-admin, set your subdomain, set your brand colours, set your logo, create your director account. You receive a welcome email with the login URL the same evening.

Subdomain looks like your-school.ed.hylen.tech by default, or your own domain on the Premium tier. Either way, the login URL is in the welcome email.
Day 5+
Director logs in. Office hours begin.
Director onboards staff and students, sets up fee structures, optionally imports last year's data. We run twice-weekly office hours during the first month — open Zoom, real humans on the other end.

Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays for the first month. Bring questions, bring screen shares, bring data files. No call queue.
